Signature HITT Reformer
Unique to Core Compass Studios, this is a high-intensity session which combines dynamic Reformer movements with bursts of cardio and strength work.
Deep Stretch Reformer
A slower-paced class focusing on improving flexibility and releasing tension. We recommend you do this class straight after attending our HITT class.
