Reformer Pilates is a form of exercise that uses a specialised piece of equipment called the Reformer bed to help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance. It uses springs, pulleys, and your own body weight to create resistance, providing a full-body workout that can be adapted to any fitness level. It’s ideal for improving posture, toning muscles, and increasing overall mobility.
Of course! We welcome all levels, from complete beginners to Pilates enthusiasts. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way, offering modifications and progressions to ensure you get the most out of every class.
We keep it small with just 5 reformer beds in each class, ensuring you receive plenty of individual attention and a more tailored experience.
All of our Core Compass Studios classes are designed to be suitable for all levels.
If you’re looking for a more tailored introduction, we also offer 1-1 sessions.

We understand that things can come up, but for health and safety reasons, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you won’t be allowed to join the class.
es! You can cancel your class easily through the Gymcatch booking system or app. We ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice to give others the opportunity to take your spot. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class, you’ll lose your class credit and this is not refundable.
Looking to host a private event or content shoot? Contact us today for availability and pricing. You’ll have access to the studio for a longer duration than a standard class.
